Deutsch Prüfung provides German language exam preparation materials, including:

Note: Our Service is for exam preparation only. We are not affiliated with Goethe-Institut, TELC GmbH, or the providers of the DTZ (Deutsch-Test für Zuwanderer). We do not administer official exams or issue certificates.

To access premium features or track your progress on the website, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our use of official exam names (e.g., "TELC B2", "Goethe B1", "DTZ") is for nominative and descriptive purposes only, intended to identify the proficiency level and format our materials are designed to simulate for the user.

You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive license to use our materials for individual exam preparation. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or use our content for commercial training purposes without prior written consent.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

This includes, without limitation, any losses, liabilities, or damages arising from exam outcomes, missed opportunities, or other consequences.

Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless German Exam Practice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your profile settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and Germany, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

Note: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
