German Exam Prep (Android & iOS)

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the "German Exam Prep" mobile application available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store) (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Mobile App Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Note: These terms are specific to the mobile application. If you use our website (deutsch-pruefung.de), please refer to the Website Terms of Service.

2. Usage and Data Storage

The "German Exam Prep" App is designed as a standalone tool for exam preparation.

Guest Mode & Local Storage

The App does not require account registration.
Your practice progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device.
No Synchronization: Practice data is not synced with the Deutsch Prüfung website or across multiple devices.
If you uninstall the App or clear app data, your local progress will be permanently lost.

3. Offline Functionality

The App is designed to work offline. Downloaded question sets and mock tests are stored on your device to ensure you can study anywhere. Some features, such as initial content downloads and advertisement loading, require an active internet connection.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

The App and its original content (explanations, hints, sample dialogues) are owned by Deutsch Prüfung. Our practice materials are independently created for educational purposes.

Disclaimer: We are not affiliated with TELC GmbH, the Goethe-Institut, or DTZ providers. Practice materials are modeled after official formats (Goethe, TELC, DTZ) for realistic preparation.

5. Advertising

To keep the App free for all learners, we display advertisements through Google AdMob.

You agree to view advertisements as part of the app experience.
We respect your privacy: ads are served based on your device settings (including App Tracking Transparency on iOS).
You agree not to use ad-blocking software to interfere with the intended app experience.

The App is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy in all German practice materials but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free.

Exam Results: Use of this App does not guarantee passing any official exam. Success depends on your individual study habits and language proficiency.

Liability: Deutsch Prüfung is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including data loss resulting from device failure or app deletion.
