You will hear various workplace and everyday texts including short announcements, conversations, interviews, and discussions. The topics are practical and relevant to daily life and work situations at B1 level.
Teil 1 (Globalverstehen) tests your ability to understand the main idea and overall message. Teil 2 (Detailverstehen) requires you to catch specific details and information from a longer dialogue or interview. Teil 3 (Selektives Verstehen) focuses on listening for particular information like names, numbers, dates, or specific facts.
Practice with authentic German audio materials like podcasts, radio interviews, and workplace conversations. Focus on identifying main ideas first, then practice catching specific details. Train yourself to recognize whether statements match what was said in the audio (richtig) or not (falsch). Remember that all questions are in true/false format, so practice this question type specifically.
